Earlier today Kate McGowan and Patience Whitworth brought results-based accountability to a full house in Waterbury. 40 individuals, representing more than 30 organizations, gathered at St Leo's Hall to learn about how RBA can inform their work.
The four-part RBA training series has run successfully in Bennington, the Northeast Kingdom, Brattleboro, and Woodstock. It introduces the key components of Results-Based Accountability, with a focus on program performance. By the end of the series, participants have been walked through the process of embedding RBA into a program.
The training would not have been possible without the generous support of the St. Andrew Parish, SerVermont, RESOURCE, and the Vermont Arts Council.
