The Welsh Epilepsy Unit is a tertiary referral center for specialist epilepsy services in south Wales. The immediate catchment population covered is 700,000 but many referrals are also taken from elsewhere in Wales. The unit offers a multi-disciplinary approach to epilepsy care and offers a very broad range of services to people with epilepsy, their family and carers.

The Lamoille Family Center is a Results Based Accountability leader in Vermont and uses the Results Leadership Group Scorecard to track their impact.
The Vermont Agency of Human Services uses a report card to assess how well Vermont is doing in relation to desird results or outcomes which demonstrate conditions of well-being, and how the Agency is working to contribute to those desired results. The AHS Scorecard is built according to the Results Based Accountability discipline, and is organized according to the Agency-wide strategic plan.
The Vermont Department of Health works to improve the health of Vermonters by regularly reporting on and applying data to make decisions. The Performance Dashboard is built on the concepts of Results Based Accountability and displays current information to show both Performance Measures and Population Indicators.
NSW Family Services Inc supports non-government organisations in New South Wales that provide services to families experiencing stress. They use the Results Scorecard software to measure outcomes.
Washington County Mental Health Services is a Vermont nonprofit committed to the RBA evaluation framework. Here are the agency-wide RBA Scorecards which answer the questions, “How much do we do,” “How well do we do it?” and “Is anyone better off” on programmatic and population levels.

The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation's mission is "To preserve, enhance, restore, and conserve Vermont's natural resources, and protect human health for the benefit of this and future generations." This strategic plan includes environmental indicators and program based performance measures with four simple outcomes: Clean Air, Clean Water, Healthy and Safe Communities and Efficient and Effective Government.
